leaf uses end-to-end encryption to ensure your audio memories are completely private. Only you and the people you explicitly share with can access your recordings. We never use your data for training AI or any other purposes.

  • Can I share my recordings with friends and family members?

Yes! leaf makes it easy to share individual recordings with friends or family, even if they don't have the app. You can generate private, secure links or invite them to connect with you on leaf.

  • Can I export my recordings?

Absolutely. You can export any recording to keep backups or share outside the app. Your memories always belong to you.

  • What types of audio files are compatible with leaf?

Leaf is compatible with both audio and video files (for video files, only the audio portion will be stored).

The following audio files are compatible with leaf: .mp3, mp4, wav, x-m4a, flac and webm.

The following video files are compatible with leaf: mp4, avi, mkv, mov, wmv, flv, webm, mpeg, 3gp, and m4v.

  • Is there a limit to recording length?

You can record up to one hour of audio in the app.
